One of the basic concepts that needs exploring in anti-racism is implicit or inherent bias. If you have a brain, you have bias. Bias shapes the way we see the world but it doesn’t have to take over.

Implicit bias exists when people unconsciously hold attitudes toward others or associate stereotypes with them.
