EDGE

EDGE is a Network of Developing Ministries that exists within the United Church of Canada as part of Mission and Service, supporting and encouraging these ministries in a variety of ways.

EDGE joins hands with those willing to take a leap into the promise; God breaking open the church, breaking into the world. EDGE is a living web of new and renewing ministries and leaders in the power of the Spirit, following Christ, embracing God’s mission in the world.

They work with congregations, presbyteries, conferences, regional councils, and ministries across Canada in areas of new ministry, renewing ministry, property, and innovation. And they have been working in partnership with our pastoral charge as we discern the way forward, trying to understand how better to serve the neighbourhoods in which we are located.
